For over two years, Anna worked side by side with parents globally – listening closely to their needs, their worries, and their hopes for their children – before building the system that became Shining Speech.
Anna has worked with and alongside some of the largest educational organisations in the world – bringing that experience back not to compete, but to collaborate. She has personally invited selected organisations to join a unified structure, with one clear goal: to reduce the cost of quality education and give every child – regardless of background or location – a genuine chance to be heard.

ESL and ELA Teaching Combination Model — The Design of an E-commerce English School Operating on a Strategy for Second Language Students Using AI and Machine Learning Techniques
Supervised by Aleksander Rezmer PhD, Faculty of Management, International Business major. The thesis covers curriculum design, AI integration, automatic level adjustment, financial modelling across three years, geographic expansion strategy (Poland, Romania, Singapore, USA), and includes a student examination proving the effectiveness of the ESL+ELA combination model.

Personal Experience
What Anna learned from relocating with her own child.
There is a kind of knowledge that cannot be found in textbooks. It lives in the experience of arriving somewhere new, of being the person in the room who thinks in a different language, who learned to read the world through a lens no one else in the meeting quite shares.
The moment that changed everything
Anna watched her own child go quiet after a move. A child who had been expressive, curious, full of questions — suddenly silent in a new classroom. Not because something was wrong with the child. Because the environment had changed and no one had thought to redesign the room for a child in transition. That silence became the founding moment of the Institute.
The system that did not exist
Anna searched for a program that understood what her child was going through. Something that combined language learning with emotional safety, public speaking with psychological support, ESL with ELA, and wrapped it all in an environment designed specifically for children in cultural transition. It did not exist. So she built it.
