Authority & Research

We do not just teach. We define the method.

The Institute’s publications position us as a thinking leader — not just a service provider. Every teaching approach we use is grounded in named, peer-reviewed research. Our curriculum represents the synthesis of decades of language acquisition science.

Shining Speech — Framework

A conceptual framework for understanding why some children speak confidently in English and others freeze — and what the environment, not the child, is responsible for. For educators, parents, and school leaders.

The ESL+ELA Combination Model

Academic research demonstrating measurably superior outcomes when ESL immersive methods are combined with ELA literacy development, compared to either approach alone. Validated through student assessment and longitudinal tracking.

AI in Children's Language Acquisition

A practitioner research paper examining how AI-supported adaptive platforms can personalise pacing, vocabulary review, and feedback delivery without replacing the human relationship at the centre of language confidence development.

SHINING SPEECHâ„¢ Full Curriculum

1344 lessons across 4 modules, each anchored to one of 35 named pedagogical methods with full neuroscience basis citations, lesson plans, vocabulary lists, teacher notes, and assessment rubrics. The most comprehensive children's English curriculum currently in development.

ESL and ELA Teaching Combination Model — The Design of an E-commerce English School Operating on a Strategy for Second Language Students Using AI and Machine Learning Techniques

Anna Witek’s bachelor’s thesis at the Faculty of Management (WSAiB Gdynia, supervised by Aleksander Rezmer PhD) provides the academic foundation for the entire Shinning Speechâ„¢ system. The thesis covers curriculum development, AI integration, automatic level adjustment, financial modelling, geographic expansion strategy, and includes a student examination proving the effectiveness of the ESL+ELA combination model.

This research forms the scholarly backbone of the Institute — connecting educational theory with real-world execution and business design.
