OUR PRINCIPLEMaster Teacher is a professional role, not a subject label.

You do not have to be an English teacher. An applicable teaching / educator license can come from art, mathematics, science, literacy, elementary education, physical education or another discipline.

ACADEMIC FOUNDATION

Work inside a defined academic framework.

Educators and program staff work with a purpose-built curriculum informed by school operations, CEFR language references and CPALMS academic standards resources.

PURPOSE-DESIGNED FOR MODERN SCHOOL USEBuilt from day-to-day school practice and operational experience.

The curriculum is prepared specifically for live international communication, from early speaking confidence through academic, research and leadership communication.

REMOTE POSITION · BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Business Development Manager

Develop school, college, university and institutional relationships for Learn & Work Florida and Florida Star Academy.

  • Build and manage B2B / institutional outreach
  • Work with schools, colleges, universities and education organizations
  • Use CRM discipline to manage pipeline, follow-up and partner conversations
  • Coordinate demonstrations, pilot conversations and next steps
  • Communicate clearly across U.S. and international time zones

We welcome educators with native-level English communication and an applicable teaching / educator license. Your subject does not have to be English.

    ROLE CLARITY

    Master Teacher / Master Quality Teacher is the licensed educator role inside the model. We do not present a coaching certificate by itself as equivalent to a teaching license. A coach or trainer who also holds the applicable teaching / educator qualification may be considered for the Master Teacher pathway, subject to onboarding, safeguarding and role requirements.

    HOW THE ROLE WORKS

    Lead quality. Mentor Buddies. Keep the educational standard visible.

    The Master Teacher remains the professional educational authority in the live supervision structure. The role includes observation, quality support, lesson guidance, progression decisions and direct intervention when a learner or Buddy needs help.

    Bring an applicable license, professional judgment and native-level English communication.

    02Program Onboarding

    Learn Shining Speech™, safeguarding, Care Notes, Quality Notes and the platform workflow.

    03Master Teacher

    Supervise, mentor and support communication sessions within the assigned model.

    04Master Quality / Leadership

    Higher-responsibility pathways depend on experience, performance, applicable qualifications and program need.

    BUDDY TO PROFESSIONAL PATHWAY

    Experience can be built early. Professional authority still requires professional qualifications.

    Buddies are adults 18+ who develop supervised communication experience. After initial training, 500 completed supervised / delivered program hours is the internal experience threshold for pathway review. Moving into a Master Teacher role additionally requires the applicable teaching / educator license and all role-specific requirements.
