If you have a current Student ID, start here.
The College / University Student Fast-Track is a dedicated onboarding route for qualifying current students. Have a valid/current Student ID ready to confirm student status when requested. Then review the Buddy role, training, boundaries and supervision model.
Before you graduate, build something your résumé can actually talk about: live communication, responsibility, international interaction and supervised educational experience.
College student? Bring your Student ID. Not in college? Ask your school.
Both routes still require age 18+, applicable onboarding, training and clear role boundaries.
“Are we already a Learn & Work Partner?”
Your school or education organization may already have a local training relationship with the network.
Where local Buddy training is operating, orientation, observation and preparation can be delivered through the Partner. Eligible adults 18+ who are not college students can also be routed toward the nearest available participating Partner training unit.

Teacher stays in the room
At least one local Teacher is physically present with the class and remains the local educational authority.
Buddy + quality supervision can travel digitally
The Buddy and Master Quality Teacher may be together at a college / school hub or work remotely, with the same live contact and defined roles.
Transatlantic scheduling
